You can obtain product support in the following ways:
  1. Use the INPRO® DOWNLOAD WEBSITE to order upgrades and PTFs. Call the INPRO® Product Support Services Line at 512-320-9107 for the current PASSWORDs for file downloads on product upgrades and PTFs. ALWAYs on an initial installation check for latest version on our Website prior to usage to ensure you have the latest and greatest version of the software and documentation HTMLs.
  2. Call the INPRO® Product Support Services Line at 512-320-9107. You can reach INPRO® Product Support Services between 8:30 A.M. and 5:15 P.M. CST, Monday through Friday.

    When you request support, you should be at your computer and have the appropriate product documentation at hand. Be prepared to give the following information:

    • The version number of the INPRO® product you are using.
    • The version number of the operating system you are on.
    • The joblog with second level messages you are receiving.
